My secretary, Debbie, is here to ease your mind before your first consultation, addressing many of the questions you may have. She will handle your patient administration and stay in regular contact with you to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience throughout.
Providing a surgeon-led service, you will stay under my direct care at all times. For any questions or concerns following your procedure, you can reach out to Debbie, on a dedicated 24-hour helpline. She will then contact me to answer your queries and ensure ongoing well-being. I personally reach out to patients to address medical questions and offer reassurance and support.
